A new Wedding cake order!!!
My nephew just asked me to make his wedding cake!!!!! YAY! This will be the biggest cake that I have made to date. As of now the guestt count is 250, the biggest I have done so far is 120. Kinda nervous about that. But still really excited! This should be a great cake to add to my portfolio!
Coconut creations
So my dreams of having my own bakery have not come any closer, however I did spend a glorious day in my tiny kitchen make birthday cakes for a great family friend. I learned a few lessons on these cakes and I am filing them away for future use in my beautiful bakery. I have started a menu of treasures that I want to serve. Today's adventure was a coconut devils food cake with buttercream icing toppeded with shredded cocnut along with a devils food cake with a chocolate cinnamon icing.
This week I will be creating cupcakes for my son's class party, still needing inspiration for those!
